Key Responsibilities: Initiate relationships with large, levy-paying employers to introduce our training services, focusing on strategic communication with key stakeholders. Oversee partnership and account management activities, ensuring alignment with our financial and growth objectives. Develop strategic business goals related to revenue, client accounts, and learner engagement, upholding our commitment to corporate social responsibility. Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to strategize and execute development plans within the sales division. Regularly maintain CRM updates to monitor contracts, learner progress, and engagement rates. Ensure alignment of training offers with the needs of employers and learners by maintaining robust partnerships with national and local entities. Support the creation of a safe learning environment by adhering to safeguarding protocols and promoting company values. General Responsibilities: Promote and enforce the company’s Equality, Diversity, and Safeguarding policies. Person Specification: Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of three years in business development, ideally within the education sector. Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of apprenticeship regulations and funding compliance. Ability to engage effectively with senior management and stakeholders across various sectors.
