I am proud to be working with a growing Domiciliary Care provider who are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their team in Lincoln.
What’s on offer?:
1. £40,000-£50,000.
2. 33 days annual leave.

Registered Manager Responsibilities:
5. To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
6. To continually work toward marketing the service in the community.
7. To build relationships with local stakeholders.
8. To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
9. To manage the development, recruitment and retention of all care staff.
10. To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.
Registered Manager Requirements:
11. Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within a Home Care setting.
12. Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
13. Must have a UK driving licence and own car.
