Key Skills and Experience:
1. Experience providing software/hardware support
2. Knowledge of Access Control systems
3. Microsoft Windows OS
4. Windows Server
5. IT Networking Knowledge - TCP/IP
6. MS Access
7. MS-SQL (Management Studio)
As a key player on their technical support team (access control), your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
