About the role: An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our Contact Teams based at either of our offices in Ashington or Durham. As a Customer Contact Advisor, you will be predominantly dealing with repair requests and on occasion more general enquiries. Sometimes the nature of these calls will involve people experiencing difficult situations where problem solving, and customer service skills are essential.
