You will be responsible for managing HR administration, maintaining HR systems, and supporting the HR Advisor & Head of HR in delivering a high-quality service to the corporate functions. As a HR & Systems Administrator you will be: Managing and maintaining accurate employee records, including contracts, right-to-work documentation, and personnel files. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and system updates are completed. Responding to routine HR queries from employees and managers, escalating as necessary. Assisting with HR reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution of reports. Maintaining HR filing systems to ensure data held is correct and meets regulatory requirements. Completing system related changes, align to job change processes, leavers and new starters where needed. Creating and maintaining templates within the relevant systems as required by the HR team. Using systems to create and run required reports in a timely manner. Providing support and training to all HR system database users. Including HR Induction session. Developing and maintaining system guides and implement future system changes or improvements To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in an HR administrative role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems). Understanding of HR processes.
