We make no apology for having high expectations of all. This includes colleagues, and we enjoy working with a brilliant staff team who will go the extra mile to ensure all our students succeed. This ensures that we develop positive relationships within the Academy and with our wider community in Clifton and Nottingham.
We are committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all students. Practice is consistent and high quality across all classrooms through the implementation of our Teaching and Learning Fundamentals.
We are committed to professional development, through our instructional coaching programme, supporting us all to reflect on and improve our practice. We follow the mantra “Every teacher needs to improve, not because they are not good enough, but because they can be even better.” We have an open door culture where staff regularly ‘drop in’ to each other’s classrooms and celebrate practice and support each other.

Spencer Academies Trust is an educational charity, Multi-Academy Trust and Sponsor of Academies.
