Job Title: Executive Assistant to Regional Managing Director Location: Luton, UK (4 days in the office, 1 day remote) Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed) My client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Regional Managing Director (MD) in Luton. This pivotal role demands a trusted professional who excels at juggling multiple priorities and managing complex schedules while maintaining confidentiality. As the EA, you'll work closely with the MD to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and you'll be key to enhancing efficiency and productivity. Key Responsibilities Diary Management: Organize and maintain the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, circulate pre-reading materials, and take minutes during key meetings. Communication Liaison: Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication on behalf of the MD. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including logistics and expense reports. Project Assistance: Support the MD with ad hoc projects, research, and presentations. Office Coordination: Collaborate with the wider team to ensure the office environment operates effectively. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Key Requirements Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role at a senior level. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent written and verbal communication, and impeccable organizational skills. Attributes: A highly motivated self-starter with a calm demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and manage occasional out-of-hours requests.
