Our client is looking to recruit for a Document Controller to support on construction projects in the Gateshead area. The Role Provide administration support to staff on site as requiredLiaising with internal and external contacts regarding document control processes, supporting where requiredMaintain accurate, concise records of all documents relating to projects and label them according to relevant protocols on a day to day basisManage distribution protocols accordingly in relation to each document issued - ACC/BIM WorkflowsMaintain hard copy documentation as required - A3 Drawings Folder on siteRegularly monitor compliance regarding document control processesSupport site in relation to procedural documentation/administration as requiredPrepare/produce all necessary documentation for inclusion into the O&M Manuals at completionOrganising meetings - including sending electronic invitations, managing meeting room on site and organising refreshments as required Experience Required Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industryExperience in working with a document control tool such as Asite, Conject, BIM 360 or BIM DocsStrong interpersonal, communication and organisation skillsAble to work well under pressure, prioritise work load effectively and meet deadlinesProficient user of Microsoft Office 365 Remuneration Competitive salary plus a range of benefitsA basic DBS will be carried out for the role if successfulThis is a permanent position and Corepeople Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.By applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found on our website.
