An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of the supervised contact service. As a Deputy Contact Manager, you will be responsible for supporting children to have quality family time with parents and family members they are unable to live with, as well as supporting the team manager and the contact workers in their roles. We are seeking a candidate who has a 'can do' approach and is committed to the delivery and development of evidence-based methods of intervention.
In this role, you will work in partnership with the case management teams and ensure that children and families supported by the local authority have safe and effective contact sessions in line with current policies, best practices, legislation, procedures, and internal systems.
Requirements:
1. The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh.
2. An Enhanced with Children's Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS).
3. A valid driving licence.
