Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day support to the team and clients by building trusted relationships.
* Manage expectations on task delivery accurately through great communication and proactive behaviour.
* Become an expert user of paid social platforms and technologies across advertising, insight, and analytics.
* Create and manage paid media campaigns, providing optimisations to refine/expand results.
* Provide detailed and accurate campaign reports, highlighting the results, performance, and learnings for future campaigns.
* Reconcile campaigns accurately, understanding the contractual commercial models in place.
* Deliver in-flight campaign reports highlighting performance and either course corrections taken or recommended if they need client approval.
