Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Commercial Manager to oversee commercial activities across multiple programmes, including demolition and decommissioning. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, managing tendering and contract lifecycles, and ensuring strong stakeholder relationships at all levels. The ideal candidate will lead a team, drive supplier management strategies, and optimise commercial approaches within high-hazard environments.
Key Requirements:
* Strong commercial management experience, including full contract lifecycle oversight.
* Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
* Expertise in tendering, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
* Background in demolition, decommissioning, or high-hazard environments.
* Experience in developing sourcing strategies, contracting models, and performance regimes.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across internal and external parties.
* Leadership focus with strategic thinking capabilities.
* Understanding of procurement processes and market sourcing strategies.
* Ability to align commercial strategies with infrastructure and operational needs.
SC highly desirable; candidates with active SC clearance will be fast-tracked.
