Greek Speaking Credit Controller 12 month maternity contract 100% Remote role Up to £45,000 A large global company is currently looking for a Greek speaking Credit Controller to join its global credit management team on a 12 month maternity contract. You will manage a varied portfolio of blue chip and SME customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of Credit Control chasing Greek customers. Reporting into the Credit Manager, your duties will include: Managing a Greek ledger, chasing customers for outstanding debts Review all accounts and and perform collection activities Partner with Sales & other internal stakeholders to communicate status of accounts and expedite resolution Analyse and resolve problems by coordinating with appropriate departments to drive operational excellence in the order-to-cash application cycle Respond to external/internal queries regarding payment and case escalation status Working to cash collection targets Maintain detailed records of customer contact activities Skills/Experience required: International credit control experience Fluent Greek and English essential Excellent oral and written communication skills Commitment to customer relationship building Establishing and achieving performance goals Must demonstrate customer centric, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good Excel skills If you are interested in this vacancy please contact CWC Recruitment Ltd.
