School of Social Sciences and Humanities
Fixed Term for 6 months starting as soon as possible and Part-Time at FTE 0.6 (3 days per week)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Administrator in Human Resources and Facilities Management to join the Business Support Services in the School of Social Sciences and Humanities. This diverse and interesting role, ideal for those who like variety, is available for a six-month period and is 0.6FTE (3 days per week).
Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for:
We are looking for a highly skilled, motivated, and proactive administrator to support HR activities such as the recruitment and selection of staff within the School and also help manage the School’s buildings and facilities. If you are an organised, conscientious and positive individual, and would enjoy working both individually and collectively as part of our team, then this is a great opportunity. We will provide comprehensive training and are dedicated to developing our staff which makes this is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop.
Key Requirements:
1. You’ll have previous relevant experience of working in a busy office environment.
2. You’ll have experience of working within a student or other customer-focused environment.
3. You’ll be an organised, methodical team player.
4. You’ll have excellent communication skills.
5. You’ll be able to work with accuracy, and have good attention to detail.
