Position Summary

This evolution creates unique opportunities for HR and the Rewards team to drive meaningful change by implementing innovative performance and reward strategies that attract, motivate and retain talent whilst supporting our transformational goals.
As part of the Talent, Rewards, and Employee Experience team, the Reward Partner will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance and reward strategies that align with our transformation agenda. This position combines strategic and design thinking with hands-on execution to deliver rewards solutions that drive business performance and colleague engagement.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the creation and evolution of the Rewards philosophy and strategy.
* Review and embed effective performance management process, ensuring it drives business performance whilst being fair, consistent, and aligned with business goals.
* Design, implement and evolve recognition programs that effectively celebrate employee contributions, reinforce desired behaviours and reward performance.
* Execute annual salary review, including external benchmarking.
* Conduct analysis for global gender pay gaps, equal pay audits, and pay ratios to ensure fairness and compliance.
* Explore opportunities for enhancing total reward communications to improve employee understanding and engagement
* Review, design and execute effective mechanisms to support retention of critical talent.
* Conduct job evaluations to ensure integrity of job architecture.
* Custodian of job titles, ensuring global and functional consistency.
* Conduct the annual internal benchmarking review process to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within our reward practices to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
* Collaborate with the other Reward Partner on areas such as executive pay, bonus plans and benefits.
What skills will you gain from the role?
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape organisational culture through strategic reward design, driving employee engagement and supporting business performance objectives. You will have the ability to work closely with the HR Vice President and influence the Corporate Leadership team as well as the Nominations and Remunerations committee. You will work very closely with the Partners within talent, learning and culture, to ensure an integrated HR approach.
A successful candidate is likely to have:
* Strong analytical skills and advanced excel skills
* Experience designing and implementing compensation structures including base pay incentives, and variable pay programmes.
* Experience of working in a global setting and preferably global reward practices knowledge.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* A strong communicator with effective interpersonal skills.
* Preferably a HR/business degree and CIPD qualification
