New Line Learning Academy, a thriving secondary school and part of the dynamic Future Schools Trust, is seeking a dedicated Careers Advisor to support and inspire our students aged 11–16 in navigating their futures with confidence. This role is Monday- Thursday 08:00-16:00, Friday 08:00-15:30, term time only plus 1 week (39 weeks).

About the Role
As our Careers Advisor, you will:
1. Lead the delivery of our Careers, Work Related Learning, and Enterprise provision.
2. Support students in exploring post-16 pathways, working with both internal staff and external organisations.
3. Help pupils make informed decisions about their future through tailored guidance and engaging events.
4. Maintain accurate records of student destinations and play a key role in building an alumni network.
5. Be a central figure in shaping our careers strategy to meet national framework standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is:
1. Passionate about supporting young people in achieving their goals.
2. Knowledgeable about careers guidance and local labour markets.
3. Highly organised with strong communication skills.
4. Experienced in delivering careers programmes and events.
A careers guidance qualification and experience working with young people in an educational setting are highly desirable.
