Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, following menu specifications and maintaining the highstandards.
* Oversee your designated section, ensuring food is prepared and presented to the highest standard.
* Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and the kitchen team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity and flair to the dishes.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Pastry Chefs are also encouraged to apply.
