As we strive to become the centre of excellence for professional skills development within MO, we need a dynamic L&D Co-ordinator to help keep everything running smoothly. Working in our People team and reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability, this role is key to ensure the team can continue to expand their offering in a professional, engaging and effective way. The team have an ambitious strategy which will ensure employees at MO have the right knowledge, skills, behaviours, and experience to successfully deliver our ambitious business transformation strategy. It is an exciting time to join us and to be part of this journey Responsibilities: Training Coordination: Organise and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently. Learning Platform Administration: Administer the learning platform to ensure it is updated and maintained effectively and represents the professional brand of the team. Resource Management: Maintain and update training materials, ensuring they are current and accessible. Data Management: Track and report on training attendance, feedback, and outcomes to measure effectiveness. Support: Assist trainers and participants during training sessions, providing necessary support and troubleshooting any issues. Communication: Act as a liaison between the L&D team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication. Including working closely with external providers to ensure they deliver within their SLA’s and align with MO ways of working. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving training processes and materials. Reporting: Regularly interpret, report, and advise on all L&D activity, data and insights to assist in driving performance and behaviour change. Engagement: Working with L&D colleagues within divisional teams, market and promote L&D opportunities for MO employees in a joined-up way. Minimum Criteria Demonstrable experience in learning and development, HR or an administrative role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is an advantage (LMS or LXPs). An enthusiasm for learner/customer experience. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in managing training records and materials.
