Job Summary The role is to manage the efficient running of contracts and to ensure that projects are completed on time and in accordance with health and safety regulations, whilst delivering customer satisfaction, budgetary control and profitability and quality. Key Tasks 1.Overall responsibility for on-site projects from order stage to completion of defects certificate. 2.Ensuring client satisfaction and quality finish to improve on customer relationships gaining further works. 3.Provide a proactive and highly effective service to our clients. 4.Liaison with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders, cost comparisons and payments. 5.Cost reporting to Manager. 6.Ensuring that all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and the general housekeeping on site is as expected. 7.Attendance at site meetings including preparation of all information required for these. 8.Ensuring cost and waste control. 9.Assisting in efficiently recording all cost variations and the swift conclusion of final accounts. 10.To participate and support all Company initiatives with compliance of procedures and requirements for ISO & 45001, FSC and Investors in People Standards. 11.Be prepared to travel weekly to sites throughout the UK (and Europe) as required. 12.Any other duties conducive to the effective operation of the post which the Company deem to be within the post holders competence. Working Hours: As required to successfully carry out the role, but generally between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday. Essential Criteria: HND/HNC/Degree in Construction Management or similar degree. Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Willingness to travel. Computer literate.
