The Programme Support Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Collaborative’s EPR Programme office. Their duties include:
1. Ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of an assigned Workstream project through governance processes using the agreed governance framework.
2. Reporting and tracking milestones for all programmes and projects within the Collaborative, ensuring updates are received from all owners and following up as needed.
3. Ensuring accurate reporting of risks, issues, decisions, and maintaining effective escalation processes across the Workstream.
4. Creating, monitoring, and continuously improving Workstream processes, procedures, and tools.
5. Ensuring Quality Assurance on all Workstream documentation.
