Your Role and Responsibilities as a Senior Care Assistant:
* Training and mentoring new Care Professionals and provide on-going support
* Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Help with meal preparation and medication reminders
* Assist with light housekeeping and errands
* Support clients with mobility and physical activities
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate team members
* Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families
* To provide support to Care Professionals through introductions and shadow visits.
Qualifications
What We Look For in You, Our Senior Care Assistant:
* Adaptability and a personable nature.
* Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively
* Prepared to respond to emergencies and to report concerns to the Registered Care Manager
* Genuine willingness to prioritise the well-being of others.
* Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for work.
* Legal right to work in the UK.
