Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Eagerness to learn, develop, and contribute to the team's success
Receptionist Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and process payments.
Manage post, meeting room diaries, and visitor hospitality.
Maintain office supplies and recycling processes.
Prepare and send client communications.
