We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer based in South Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.

Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate of pay: £12.59
Hours of work : Monday to Friday 9-5
Key Responsibilities:
AO staff work within the Make the Call Telephony Team as telephony agents.
Main duties
Provide callers with a free and confidential needs Assessment and give advice on benefits, supports and services
Essential Criteria applicants must have:
Proof of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grade C or above or the equivalent to this.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative role
Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
