Position: Travel Coordinator – Managing worldwide travel arrangements for the CEO
Salary: £20-£25 per hour + holiday

Key Responsibilities for this Travel Coordinator Position:
1. Global Travel Management:
1. Organise and manage worldwide travel arrangements for the CEO.
2. Plan and execute complex itineraries.
3. Coordinate business travel with individuals, travel agencies, hotels, and transportation providers.
2. Logistics & Coordination:
1. Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
2. Handle visa applications, passport documentation, and other travel-related requirements.
3. Budgeting & Reporting:
1. Manage travel budgets and expenditure, generating detailed reports on costs and efficiencies.
2. Liaise with travel agents and service providers to secure cost-effective solutions.
4. Problem-Solving & Office Support:
1. Be available 24/7 to resolve urgent travel issues.
2. Provide ad hoc office support, both business and personal duties when in London.
