We’re looking for a dynamic Purchasing Business Partner, to join our team in London. In this role, you will act as the vital link between our purchasing function and the wider business, working collaboratively to identify and deliver commercial opportunities from the supply chain. By building strong relationships across Sales, Operations, and our Development Chef teams, you’ll play a key role in driving efficiencies, improving performance, and ensuring our supply chain meets the needs of the business.
What you’ll be doing...
* Building strong partnerships with Sales, Operations, and other teams to identify and deliver supply chain opportunities.
* Using tools like Excel and Power BI to analyse data and present commercial recommendations.
* Supporting the creation and maintenance of controlled product ranges to meet business needs.
* Attending operational and client meetings to share purchasing insights and drive best practices.
* Providing timely, actionable management information to help teams improve their supply chain performance.
* Collaborating with buyers to implement commercially beneficial changes and support key tenders.
* Supporting strategic business projects and resolving supply chain issues as needed.
* Influencing operational teams to adopt more cost-effective purchasing solutions.
What can you bring?...
* Experience: At least 2 years of working within operations, with a solid understanding of commercial processes.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, supported by a finance background and advanced Excel skills.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to build effective relationships across teams.
* Initiative: A proactive mindset, capable of prioritising workload and working independently when needed.
* Collaboration: A team player with a flexible approach and a focus on development and knowledge sharing.
