Customer Service Advisor Location: Basingstoke Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm Salary: £12.50 per hour Shift Patterns: Sunday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 or Tuesday - Saturday 08:00 - 16:30 My client is seeking confident and dedicated Customer Service Assistants to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customer queries and will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. Day-to-day of the role: Take telephone calls and emails from customers, providing timely and accurate responses. Use various systems to endeavour to answer customer queries immediately. Assign queries which cannot be answered immediately to designated “responder groups” and expedite a response. Escalate delays or urgent issues to senior management teams. Develop strong relationships with customers and become the expert on the designated customer. Proactively contact customers regularly to ensure there are no issues and seek feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer services, this could be from a Retail or Hospitality sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
