Credit Controller (Hybrid Working) Location: Raunds (Hybrid - Office & Home Working) Hours: Monday to Friday, with shift patterns on a weekly rotation 7:30am – 4:00pm 8:30am – 5:00pm 9:30am – 5:15pm Plus, 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, always worked from home. About the Role: We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our fantastic client based in Raunds. As a Credit Controller, you will be an essential part of the team, supporting depots with credit control processes, chasing overdue debt, and resolving customer queries. You will need strong communication skills, a flexible approach to working hours, and an enthusiastic attitude to thrive in this fast-paced, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Collect current debt in line with a predetermined timetable. Build, maintain, and improve depot support functions for individually owned depots. Directly contact depots and customers by phone to resolve queries. Collect overdue accounts in accordance with company policy. Assess and prepare accounts for potential litigation. Work closely with team members, team leaders, and managers to improve processes and smarter working. Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in credit control, administration, or customer service. Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work in a fast-paced office or credit control environment. Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone. Knowledge of SAP (desirable but not essential). Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Flexible, hands-on approach to work with the ability to multitask.
