A fantastic opportunity to lead and manage our Before and After-School club. You must have: • An outstanding attitude and commitment to going over and above to support the progress and attainment of pupils .• Experience of leading a team in a childcare or education setting .• A proven successful record of childcare experience with children from 2-11 years. • An ambitious, reflective outlook and commitment to continuous professional development. • Excellent communication skills, organisation, professionalism and the ability to work as part of a hard-working team. • Strong, confident and positive behaviour management skills. • An interest in training to become a designated safeguarding leader. • Strong ICT skills.
