Job Description
* Manage the entire payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
* Ensure strict compliance with all relevant payroll laws and regulations.
* Lead, guide, and support the payroll team to achieve departmental objectives.
* Liaise with HR and other departments for payroll-related matters.
* Manage relationships with payroll vendors and service providers.
* Prepare and present payroll reports to senior management.
* Handle payroll tax filings and resolve any tax-related issues.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing payroll operations in a similar environment.
* Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems.
