Job Description
1. Design and implement business improvement strategies.
2. Identify opportunities for improvement in the industrial/manufacturing processes.
3. Provide leadership for change initiatives within the company.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of business improvement strategies with company objectives.
5. Oversee the monitoring and reporting of improvement initiatives' performance.
6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
7. Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans.
8. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Improvement Director should have:
1. Relevant educational qualifications in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business improvement or a similar role, ideally working as a Programme Director/Commercial Director/Head of Client Services.
3. Strong knowledge of industrial/manufacturing processes.
4. Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills.
5. Proficiency in project management and change management.
6. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
