About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance operations across various sites, overseeing maintenance teams, and developing and implementing maintenance strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage maintenance schedules and resources effectively
- To monitor and report on maintenance performance
- To identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., building management, facilities management)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
