Your Responsibilities
* This post will support the Repair Production Control Manager in ensuring Medical Repair Service (MRS) Division remains compliant with current and future Quality legislation.
* Shall implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
* Shall implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
* Management of calibrated test equipment at all UI region sites.
* Ensure equipment is safeguarded from adjustments that would invalidate the measurement result and manage equipment, so it is protected from damage and deterioration during handling, maintenance and storage.
* Perform calibration or verification in accordance with documented procedures.
* Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
* Promoting and raising awareness, at all levels of MRS, of the impact of current and emerging quality issues, whether legislative or best practice.
* Support the work of the Corporate QA Department.
* Maintains a work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
* Troubleshooting problems or flaws in the repair process and trend repair data to determine whether alternative repair process solutions can be found.
