Detailed job description and main responsibilities
Clinical

Minimum Requirements
* CCT in Anaesthesia (or equivalent) or within 6 months at the date of interview
* Advanced training or fellowship in neuroanaesthesia
* ALS/ATLS/APLS provider
Experience
* Ability to work independently at consultant level and perform as a member of a team
* Evidence of ability to make decisions at consultant level and to manage complex clinical problems
* Evidence of completion of additional training in other relevant sub-specialty
* Membership of relevant Specialist Societies or Associations.
* Evidence of ability to make decisions at consultant level
Skills and knowledge
* Excellent leadership skills
* Ability to lead a clinical team at the level of a consultant in a teaching hospital
