Events Assistants - Portsmouth Salary (Grade 1) – £12.60 per hour Casual Worker Assignments Casual worker assignments are available to support our business to cover busy periods on a 7-day rota with regular evening work. This is a great opportunity to join the team Our Events Assistants provide support across our sites in Portsmouth and Gosport, assisting in the preparation and set up of a variety of corporate, commercial and public events, including awards ceremonies, weddings, corporate and military dinners, conferences, large public events and other exciting and unique opportunities. Our Events Assistants help with the preparation of equipment for future events and conferencing, aswell as ensuring the safety, security and safe evacuation of all during all events and within the National Museum of the Royal Navy. There is also occasional office administration including preparing documents and stationery for events.
