An exciting opportunity has become available to make a significant contribution to our CAMHS service as a Team Lead. The Team Lead role will be primarily supporting Worcestershire CAMHS. You will be joining the service at a time of rapid development allowing you the opportunity to support the implementation of new service offers and ways of working. Hours between 22.5 to 37.5 hours will be considered. The working pattern is between Monday Friday with service hours primarily being between 09:00 17:00, The trust offers flexible working opportunities. Based at one of the Worcestershire CAMHS bases in either Kidderminster, Redditch or Worcester City, you will be expected to travel to other sites however expenses will be covered by the trust expenses policy. Main duties of the job You will work collaboratively with other operational and clinical leads whilst directly line managing clinical staff and leading/managing a team whilst supporting with service developments. You will share responsibility of managing waiting lists, identifying, and supporting training needs of staff, job planning, managing capacity and demand and working collaboratively with other agencies across Worcestershire to identify and support the needs of vulnerable children and those with SEND. You will support the service to be Neuro Affirming and support staff in ensuring individual needs are met. You will be a compassionate leader, supporting staff whilst being solution focused. This is an operational role although an understanding of child and adolescent health services would be beneficial. Leadership training opportunities will be supported and encouraged.
