Marketing Executive - Scripted/Unscripted
Description
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the role of Marketing Executive is an integral part of the marketing team. You will work closely with Media Planning, Scheduling, Comms, Social and Creative and be primarily responsible for delivering multiple campaigns across the full range of brands and genres that UKTV broadcasts. You will deliver outstanding, innovative campaigns to drive key business success metrics. You will track, measure, and report all campaigns against objectives and make recommendations for future campaigns.

Experience
* Has experience of and comfortable with managing multiple large 360-degree campaigns; from brief to working with media and internal creative agencies to final delivery and campaign analysis all at a fast pace.
* Has marketing experience in similar role.
Knowledge
* Has thorough understanding of the relative effectiveness of different media / marketing disciplines.
* Has digital and data fluency; a good understanding of a variety of digital platforms, performance metrics and how to optimise them.
Skills & personal qualities
* Takes a proactive and flexible approach to work and is comfortable with a dynamic team environment with constantly changing priorities.
* Strong relationship management, communication and listening skills with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across a number of departments and services.
* Meticulous organisation and project and time management skills.

* Support and frequently lead award winning innovative and creative campaigns.
* Finesse your brief writing skills, develop stakeholder relationships, and hone senior stakeholder communications.
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver brilliant creative and media plans, get involved in all aspects of a 360 campaign, support the management of channel budgets, and manage creative execution.
* You will work on brand new commissions and be involved in the channel strategy.
* You will contribute to marketing performance, brand metrics and the development of the channel brands.
* Have marketing ownership for designated campaigns and to support when required across other projects.
* Manage & take joint responsibility for delivering key brand objectives across whole brand / programme marketing campaigns across all areas of the media mix under general direction from line manager.
* Anticipates issues and involves line manager early to make the right decisions / priority calls.
* Building bespoke marketing campaigns from brief through to post campaign analysis, (with line manager's sign off / approval).
* Leading agency teams to do their best and most innovative work.
* Using strategy and insight to build strong bespoke marketing plans.
* Analysis of data - including post campaign analysis and monthly brand dashboards.
* Be immersed in the media and digital landscape, being knowledgeable about trends and can form opinions and recommendations to optimise creativity and execution.
* Have excellence in execution and attention to detail, and to delegate/inspire wider team to deliver the same.
* To be the champion of the consumer in the business, partnering with Insight to plan annual research priorities and effective use of qualitative and quantitative methods.
* Work with creative planning functions to deliver insight-led marketing campaigns.
* Initiates research & uses available data sources to monitor on-going performance, identify issues & opportunities and recommend courses of action.
* Must have a proven track record of turning data and insights into clear briefs and implications that drive growth.
* Ensure legal & regulatory compliance for all areas of direct responsibility (marketing plan elements / competition / creative work)
* Be a key source of input day to day, in cross-functional project teams, leading key marketing projects and driving cross functional collaboration & communication; across creative, comms, media planning and social (including presentations to senior managers, in key decision-making forums).
* Inputs strategic thinking into brand planning and positioning.
* Own the delivery of the brand's Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets.
* Evaluate presented plans and creative, share with stakeholders and give consolidated feedback.
