Main Duties:
1. To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
2. To deal with customers by phone, email and face to face, resolving queries and providing product advice as needed.
3. To manage client accounts, developing and maintaining strong working relationships.
4. To work with your and other departments providing administrative support.
5. To handle report distribution and invoices.
6. To liaise with relevant internal and external departments.
Candidate's Profile:
1. Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken) – Essential
2. Previous experience in customer service – Desirable
3. Proactive, confident and dynamic personality.
4. Excellent communication skills and a team player.
5. IT literate.
