We are looking for an experienced Compliance and Complaints Manager to join our Compliance team. This role will involve the responsibility of the day to day running of all compliance matters, Anti Money Laundering (AML) matters and Data Protection/GDPR issues.

Responsibilities include:
* Investigating and responding to all complaints
* Contact point for Legal Ombudsman cases
* Lead role in all GDPR and AML matters
* Key member of ISO and Lexcel teams
* Management of the compliance admin team
* Dealing with ad hoc compliance queries

About You

Essential Skills and Experience
* Experience of Compliance work in a legal setting
* Fully conversant with the Legal Ombudsman Scheme, GDPR and AML regulations
* Experience of Complaint Management and reporting and analysing trends
* Ability to assist with communicating vision, strategy, and commercial awareness
* Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
* IT literate
* Ability to develop and motivate self and others
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Qualified Solicitor (3 Years PQE) or hold a Cilex Qualification of similar length
