Job Overview
As a Service Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our recruitment efforts are in line with the regulations and standards of the education industry. Your duties will include managing our recruitment compliance procedures, which will enable us to deliver high quality educational staffing solutions to our clients.
Assisting the sales team with candidate recruitment, your tasks will include talent sourcing, conducting interviews and engaging with our candidate database. You will maintain open communication with your Education Consultant to ensure a smooth and compliant candidate experience throughout the registration process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the candidate compliance process, including verifying background checks, qualifications, references and other relevant requirements.
Monitor candidate registrations, ensuring all activities adhere to education industry regulations and standards in line with APSCo Compliance+ and safer recruitment practices.
Communicate with both candidates and the recruitment team to provide updates on compliance statuses and address any issues that may arise.
Support the Sales team with identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels including job boards and attending careers events.
Conduct Pre-Screening calls to register potential candidates and send screening portal links to candidates, where applicable.
Assist the team with preparing profiles and candidates CVs ready to send to clients.
Maintain records of compliance related activities on both candidate screening portal and CRM.
Ensure Candidate availability is up to date and recorded appropriately on the system.
Keep candidate timesheet records up to date, managing candidate reminders and processing through payroll.
Support the consultants with candidate management, regularly cleansing the database to ensure the candidate pipeline continues to grow.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and adherence to regulations.

Proficient in IT skills, with the ability to effectively use tools such as Microsoft Office and CRM system.
Demonstrate strong organisational skills, including time management and multitasking, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
Show adaptability and a proactive approach to learning and adjusting to evolving compliance requirements and procedures.
