My client is seeking a motivated individual who is able to offer an excellent level of service and admin support to their colleagues and customers across the UK.

As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for managing a range of incoming enquiries via phone and email, you will liaise with internal teams, process sales orders, manage deliveries and everything in-between.

The Job – Office Administrator:
* Manage inbound customer enquiries over the phone and via email.
* Prepare customer quotations.
* Process sales and purchase orders.
* Support external sales representatives.
* Manage business post.
* Book in deliveries, working closely with the logistics team.
* Welcome showroom visitors and manage showroom appointments.
* General office administration.
The Individual:
* An excellent team player with a positive approach.
* Strong communication skills.
* Customer service focussed, happy to go above and beyond.
* Excellent verbal and written skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Experience of working with Sage line 50 is an advantage but certainly not essential.
