Pay Range
£34k - £36k basic salary + £10k annual bonus paid quarterly based on achieving income targets + £3,500 car allowance
Job Description
We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of first-class recruitment services to a portfolio of high-profile MSP clients. This role is ideal for a motivated, creative, and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about making a real difference in the recruitment sector.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a team of Recruitment Business Partners, ensuring effective service delivery across client portfolios.
* Organise and lead vacancy briefings with hiring managers, creating robust recruitment plans.
* Act as a liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
* Drive customer experience enhancements and uncover new revenue opportunities.
* Ensure recruitment services are delivered in line with contractual obligations, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage KPIs and SLAs, ensuring the team becomes trusted advisors to Hiring Managers.
* Coordinate interview scheduling, manage feedback, and handle negotiations between hiring managers and recruiters.
* Ensure compliance with legislation and oversee candidate submissions to ensure all checks are in place before commencement.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identifying forthcoming recruitment needs and ensuring adequate team coverage.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in recruitment within a 360 Agency environment, internal resourcing, or MSP delivery.
* Strong understanding of recruitment legislation and statutory requirements.
* Proven people management skills, including workload distribution and team development.
* Excellent commercial acumen with a knack for identifying commercial opportunities.
* Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, influencing and controlling outcomes effectively.
* Strong rapport building skills, capable of dealing with stakeholders at a senior level.
* Ability to adapt style to meet varying client needs and analyse data to make informed decisions.
* Accountability for team outputs and delivering against performance objectives.
* Experience in an outsourced recruitment service (MSP or RPO) is desirable.
