Our client is a well-established Manchester-based construction business specialising in high-tech cleanrooms and data centres, focusing on quality fit-outs and specialised refurbishments. They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the North East, working on a £50m data centre project with a further £100m planned.
