Our client is looking for an office based Paralegal - Conveyancing

A respected law firm in Edinburgh city centre
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing transactions
Prepare and review legal documents, including dispositions, standard securities, and missives
Conduct title searches and property investigations
Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transaction progress
Draft and submit Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) forms
Handle client onboarding and file management
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
Profile
Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Paralegal qualification or equivalent legal qualification
Minimum of 2 years' experience in managing a varied caseload
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legislation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
