This role will work closely with the HR Directors of Global Functions providing HR business partnering support to global functional leaders. While the role itself will report into one of the HR Directors, it is expected the incumbent will support on priority projects and activity as required across all functions. The HR Manager will execute against agreed initiatives or programmes across a range of HR activity including organisation change; recruitment (at management level and below); team facilitation; talent and performance management. They will also act as the first face to the employee for allocated groups of colleagues. They will use data and insights to support the HR Director and global functional leaders to make the best decisions. The incumbent will operate with HR colleagues and peers across the world to engage them on functional initiatives and priorities, to ensure optimal end to end functional ways of working. Success in the role would be determined by such measures as employee engagement, talent acquisition quality and timeliness, quality execution of the talent and performance management processes, and feedback from management and colleagues. Manage and execute the end to end recruitment process for the majority of Band D and below recruitment including agency liaison, internal advertising, developing short lists of candidates with adequate screening, and closing the process with an offer and contract (working closely with the HRSC and Reward teams where necessary) Execute the talent review process including the collation of data, development of insights, and preparation of material for the talent review process. Support the Functional Talent Council process. Assess monthly data reports to identify trends impacting end to end organisation efficiency. Support end to end change management interventions by either acting as project leader or leading a workstream of activity e.g. organisation baselining, consultation, banding exercises. Engage with employees directly to provide career advice, support on the interpretation of policy or any such requests as needed.
