Description We’re looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Wincanton based in Glasgow. You will report to the General Manager and manage the working relationship between Wincanton and our strategic customer within our Defence Sector to deliver an agreed annual budget including efficiency goals and objectives, coupled with outstanding customer service. Key collaboration with Account and Business Development teams Communicating and liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth & effective client experience What will you bring?
