You will use your skills to make a difference in the Broadband Technical Team in Sheffield. You'll handle customer inquiries over the phone related to broadband tech issues. You may help with simple router questions or more complex issues that require ownership and support.
No prior experience is necessary. As long as you're naturally helpful, calm, and able to build relationships, we can train you on the rest.
