Job Advert: 1st Line IT Support Engineer Location: Hereford Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum I'm currently working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Hereford is looking for a talented 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their team. What You’ll Do: Provide first-line technical support to our clients, ensuring excellent customer service. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with onboarding new clients and implementing IT solutions. Work closely with the 2nd/3rd line support teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Maintain and update documentation for internal systems and client environments. What We’re Looking For: A solid understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and networking. Experience in a similar 1st line support role or an IT-related qualification. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
