Description JPMorgan is looking for an incident regulatory controls analyst who will be responsible for managing the technology, operational and regulatory risks associated with applications and systems functionally aligned to Infrastructure Platforms (IP). The ideal candidate will be expected to work cohesively with cross LOB control functions, including but not limited to incident managers, software developers, business control managers, compliance, internal audit & external regulators. The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: Provide leadership to review & analyse impacts and implement technology controls to meet existing and new global regulatory requirements Identify all resources needed and lead technology incident regulatory impact bridges under time pressure to drive the collection and submission of all in scope regulatory requirements Assist in the development and implementation of the Firm’s technology policies, standards, procedures, control guidance and training Develop and maintain strong business and technology relationships, becoming a trusted partner, as well as building relationships with corporate functions such as Audit, Compliance, Risk and Corporate IT Risk teams Actively design and manage personal improvement plan to set and meet team and individual performance goals Participate in post-incident reviews and problem management activities with a commitment to continual learning and process improvement Proactively contribute to improvement activities during incident downtime Skills/Experience Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to communicate with senior technology and Business management General understanding of Financial Services and key drivers of business performance Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines on regulatory report submissions. Ability to influence others and engage stakeholders across all contributing teams and disciplines Strong team player, ability to foster relationships from both a business and technical point of view Able to work independently as well as part of a team Understanding of the incident management process is desirable but not essential.
