You'll be the backbone of our administrative team, processing orders, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the business in delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring all details are correct and efficiently handled.
* Customer Orders: Take and manage customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring a smooth flow from order receipt to dispatch.
* Admin Duties: General office administration, filing, and supporting the team with day-to-day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department.
* Software Use: Utilize Sage/Oracle or similar systems to process orders, manage inventory, and update records accurately.
* Team Support: Provide support to other departments and stakeholders, ensuring that all administrative needs are met.
* Communication: Handle inquiries with a positive attitude, resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
