About the Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant (TA), you will work closely with students who have additional learning needs, providing essential guidance and support to help them achieve their educational and personal goals. Responsibilities: Support students with SEN in their learning journey, tailoring assistance to their unique needs. Collaborate with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons. Promote a positive and supportive classroom environment to enhance student confidence and independence. Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to the teaching team. Assist with the implementation of individualised learning plans and strategies. What We’re Looking For: Prior experience working with children or young people with SEN is preferred. A caring and patient attitude, with the ability to build positive relationships. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of students.
