About the Role: As Registered Manager, you will lead and inspire your teams across two sites, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care within both residential and supported living environments. You will be a champion for quality, compliance, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture that prioritises service user outcomes and staff well-being. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Provide inspirational leadership, motivating and developing your teams to deliver outstanding care. Clinical Effectiveness: Oversee the implementation of evidence-based practices to achieve the best possible outcomes for service users. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and drive continuous improvement initiatives. CQC Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of care and confidently lead the services through CQC inspections. Safeguarding: Champion a culture of safety and proactively manage safeguarding concerns. Financial Management: Effectively manage budgets and resources. Essential Criteria of this CQC Registered Manager role: CQC registration as a Registered Manager (or willingness to register). Extensive experience in a senior management role within adult specialist care. Proven ability to lead and manage high-quality clinical services. In-depth understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Criteria for this CQC Registered Manager post: Relevant professional qualification Ideally an RN (e.g., Registered Nurse, Social Work). Experience with quality improvement methodologies.
